All refund requests at LaunchLogic.biz are reviewed manually by our team. We do not offer automatic or self-service refunds. Each request is evaluated based on the stage of your order, the work already completed, and any third-party fees that have been paid on your behalf.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email Support@LaunchLogic.Biz with your order reference number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

What we consider

  • Service fee — Our $299 service fee may be refundable in full or in part if work has not yet begun. Once preparation or filing has started, the refundable portion decreases based on the work completed.
  • State filing fees — Fees paid to the Secretary of State or other government agencies are generally non-refundable once submitted, as these funds are held by the state.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges — Always refunded in full.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
